Founders Steve and Val Feldman are from a big family and understand the intrinsic value of that connection. When the time comes to determine how you, your loved one, or your parents will spend their later years in life, there is much to consider.
The most important is the feeling of family and home when looking for an assisted care facility that addresses elders’ health, safety, and emotional concerns. The staff has the gift of serving elders as caregivers and understanding the power of family. As with family, they watch over our seniors like their own to ensure they receive the care they need.

At New Day Cottages, our residents are part of a family, sharing their days with their peers, enjoying the benefits of belonging to a caring group, and experiencing life’s pleasures and challenges together. The biggest challenge for seniors is dealing with loneliness, so we address this by creating opportunities for interaction throughout the day in the intimacy of a beautiful home. Our seniors enjoy home-cooked meals in a bright dining room and often stay visiting with one another long after they have finished eating. With only 16 residents at the Pine Creek location and 11 at the Briargate location, our staff can know each resident on a personal level, allowing them to tend to their emotional and physical needs. This is what we mean by “think small.”
